Anyone use a Kifit monitor or a BodyBugg?

    I've just started using mine and though it's not really impacted my food intake it's made me look at calories and nutritiona values more.

    Also it's totally made me up my exercise!

    I just wondered if anyone else had one?

    It's pricey! Mine cost £100 and then a monthly subscription of £10 (which added to the gym subscription is expensive).

    However, it's a real motivtator and hopefully will prove to be an asset to my weight loss.
