Anyone use my fitness pal?

So I know slimming world isn't about calorie counting as such, but I downloaded my fitness pal as a way of tracking what I was eating today and found it quite interesting that my calories for the day so far are just under (I have 15 left) what my fitness pal said I should be aiming for. The night is still young so there's a chance I might have some more snacks (probably fruit or crabsticks) but I always thought because I eat a lot of slimming world I would be over my calories. (Some values were estimated to be fair, such as potatoes etc. I don't weight them so just guess)

I did find I was over on things like sugar, but well under on fat.

What have others found while tracking on myfitnesspal or similar?
 
Lots of people on here combine SW with calorie counting as they don't want to over eat. That app could be useful to help with that.
