anyone use sweetex?

    so many sweetener brands out there... anyone use this one and have no problem?

    I use Lidl own brand one, its fine for me. Also it seems to have no after taste, like alot I have tried

    ive been using granulated sweetner in my milkshakes, should I not be using this??x

    I use granular splenda, its sucralose, the same sweetener thats in the shakes. Can't see that its a problem.

    All the VLCDs are quite adamant it should be tablets not granulated Id love to know why

    i think this could be anpther question for exante. i dont like tablet sweetners in the shakes.....prefer my candarel granular. and i HATE the aftertaste of tablet form, yuck! defo gonna email and ask them x

    I know that granulated splenda has more carbs than the tablets, i think that is the reason?

    Maybe its so you dont accidently put real sugar in? No mistake with tablet! ;) lol

    That's true, tablets have a trace of carbs whereas the granulated stuff has 0.5g per tsp. Since I only use it in choc shakes which I only have when I have to, yuk, I'll stick with it.
