Anyone using green tea for weight loss?

Actually green tea does not cause amazing result for anyone. It only works as a catalyst for losing weight. You can take it before starting any exercise for weight loss process.
 
I tried it once, the only thing I can say about it is it helped me realise that not only do I not like the taste, but it is definitely a trigger for my IBS!
 
Not a myth. Green tea makes your body alkaline. An alkaline body means good bacteria flourishes. Good bacteria helps us not only keep a clean colon, but helps us get more nutrition out of our food so we are less hungry, and less likely to overeat.
