thanks carly, well done posh debs and squiff.
im so bored of this plain food lark, i just thought today that this is the end to the diff diets ive tried, that im just going to stick with the points cos its hard enough always watching what i have to eat never mind depriving myself of things with taste.only thing is ive said il try it for a few weeks to see if it helps with energy level and eczema cos i normally rip my shins to shreds so onwards for another few weeks.
