Thankyou lolo...ive a long way to go to find some self esteem, hence why im not even on here much..not many folk wanna be aroubd someone drags the energy down with negativity..So i shut my mouth so to speak. But i love hearing of everyones successes....* :)

linda, i know how you feel, when i was at my lowest, i really didnt feel like talking, i didnt even want to talk to my family, i dodged phones calls from them, but every day you start talking a little bit more, even just to moan cos you have to get those feelings out too, so go on girl, moan to us, thats what wer here for, just to start getting things out of your system, and start getting back on track, if you dont want to post on the board, private mail us ok,

well done holly and sarah, great losses. i had a week off from weighing last week, was away for a few days and it was totm so i basically couldnt stop eating, soooo bad.i wont be looking forward to hopping on the scales this wk. i think im going to be changin my class from wed to tues. i have a friend who lost a pile of weight a few years ago and its gradually starting to creep on again and shes really frustrated and feels out of control so she said shel give ww a try so i said id go with her to the class shes joining for moral support, it mite help me too, we can keep each other on track. how are you feeling now carly, is the hunger fading?? how are you getting on linda??
