had a bit of a gammy day with food today, but didnt really plan that good either. oh well tomorrow is another day, im not gonna let today put me off:)
 
Thanks lolo! Well girls you'll be proud of me, I did the race for life yesterday & loved it, what a buzz!!!!! Did it in 55 mins so hopefully can better that next year! Then I went swimming lol, just to torture myself haha!!! Xxx
 
Day one again for me. Please can someone put my puny 9 pounds past loss back to zero please. Lots of bad s*** happening in my life right now. Gotta try one good thing. And yes I have restarted diets thousands of times in my life. But I am starting again today, my start weight is a disgustingly obese 19stone, 10 pounds. Goal 9 stone...haha..So ill start with this first 50 lbs first...*

Sorry to hear you are having a bad time, well done on focusing on something for you. As most of us know diets are not easy at all you have made a decision so good luck with it. Do it a bit at a time. Xxx

i have stayed the same this week, so im happy with that cos i was away the wkend and just didnt feel i planned that good, but at least its not up!!
hey linda, good to see you back, how are you doing??mail me if ya feel like a chat. good to see you starting again, and dont think of 10 stone that you want to lose, do it in half stones, or even 10lbs, big pictures can be daunting so wel take it in little snaps;) you'll get there hun, wev all started and stopped and gone backwards again and started again so your not alone!!

aaalmost did it, though losing 3lb was a nice birthday present in itself :D 19 lost now. 2 more for my next silver 7 :D
