Anyone with a lot of weight to loose here? 6 stone plus??

I'd love to join!!! I've already lost 3st of my 6 st target. I started At 17st 8lb.
Want to get most of that off by August. I'm familiar with most of you so Donna if u don't mind joining mine on

I have a couple. Mafia swahlas I quite enjoy and a very old Natalie Cassidy one. I have a couple of davinas but I find the cool downs too long
 
It's definitely a killer for the 50 mins u do! Cocky ent whistle bored me a bit. All seemed to be shuffles
 
I never thought I'd ever say this but I really enjoy th gym. Good thing about exercise is it shows u how much u actually have to do to work off even just little treats and sometimes it's just not worth it!! 15 mins on cross trainer for a two finger kit Kat??!! No thanks!!!
 
I love billy blank tae bo as it really motivates you but the women are a bit annoying. Im dyung to try insanity or jillian micheals body revolutiin but its pointkess at mo when not fit enough lol x
 
I'd love to try insanity, but I'm going to leave that until I am closer to goal. Plus it's so expensive!
 
Hi could I join you guys as well please I started my diet on Monday so that will br my weigh day I was 17st 10.5lb and I would like to get down to 11 stone. I am going to try and do it in small chunks as nearly 7 stone to lose seems to be so daunting. Looking forward to getting to know you all
 
Hi Sophie what are your losses like if you are losing weight I would say carry on doing what you are doing and only eat fewer calories when the losses slow down or stop but thats only my opinion. As for me no I have nothing coming up but I would just like to lose a couple of stone before it gets to warm as I am fed up of not having any nice summer clothes or being able to wear shorts as my body really needs to be hidden
 
Really struggling tonight!!


I'm on 1630 calories, and burning around 600 calories a day at the gym, but I always eat half back - and on some days I have 2000!! I don't feel as if I'm on a diet (obviously its a lot lot less than what I usually eat or I wouldnt be this big!)

What do people reckon, should I reduce my cals, or say to never eat back exercise cals?

I just feel like Im not doing much!!

I have 1600 calories a day and aim to burn 200 - 300 a day exercising at home, I'm doing cardio and strength exercising. I personally don't eat the calories as i am trying to create a bigger deficit.

If you start to plateu or start struggling then look at reducing you calories. I started at 1800 and weight loss was ok but i have better results at 1600 x
 
I'm on 1500 a day and say if i'm hungry i will eat the cals back, though i don't seem to lose well on 1200 so if i burn 300 then i will always go for eating half at least back, however i always seem to be ravenous in an evening when i've worked out so i usually end up eating all of my cals back!

you guys tried Jillian Michaels 30 day shred? i got on day 2 of that but couldn't do anymore, mainly due to a problem with my back, but it makes you work and apparently the results are brilliant! would love to be able to do it one day but i have trouble doing much exercise because of my back, so i have to stick to things like my bike and using a gym ball to work out with, but its more than i was doing 2 weeks ago! I have got a wii so might give just dance or zumba another go, ive also got biggest loser for the wii i think i remember doing step aerobics on there which i loved so if my board is working i might have a go on that later!
