Anyone with PCOS on cambridge diet sole source?

Hi Kate, Who is your CDC in Lincolnshire? Im looking for someone at the moment and would really like someone thats recommended to me. Whereabouts do they live? My mum has PCOS and did really well on the atkins which i guess is pretty similar to this as in no carbs! Good luck with it! x

Another one here with PCOS....... This diet has been fab for me so far.. on week 9 at the moment and lost over 2 stone and 4 pounds so far!!!
I did try for a long time to have my first but after 4 1./2 years had IVF and when he was 4 months old fell pregnant with my second.

I am sure if I would have done the cambridge first and lost loads of weight it might have helped.. I have found my periods to be more regular since on this and I used to get really bad heavy ones too... (sorry for any men reading)...
