I'm on 150mcg too and SS'ing. Used to take 200mcg but after losing a couple of stone the dosage was lowered. Hopefully, I might be able to drop further still. Been on thyroxine for 17 years now (starting dose was 50mcg). Dr said mine was linked to childbirth.
