No questions here, just had to say about it to someone!!! My appetite has completely disappeared! I have always been one of those people that could eat anything and everything all day! I hate leaving stuff on my plate and often finish off what my husband and son leave. However, one week in to this plan and I don't feel hungry what so ever. I've had so far today, 1 and a half egg and sausage muffins, and a tuna salad with mayo. I had to throw half of the second muffin and also about a quarter of my salad! I never thought I would feel like this!
