In the food optimising book it says 198g or 369g Apple stewed, just wondered if Morrisons Tinned Sliced Apple would be a healthy extra b choice i could just eat some with Custard (Synned Of course!) :)
    Thanks xx

Asked my old consultant this cos there was no juice just the apple. Told me it had to be synned as it came in a atin. Could n't see her logic as there are no extra calories in a tin and no sugar etc added.Usually tinned friut has added extras but the apple slices hasn't..
