Hiya, there's no way of telling without knowing the ingredients. Break down the reciepe & syn the individual components to get a total for the whole thing. Then take an educated guess of the size of serving you had and divide the total syns accordingly.

Don't forget, if you want to do it totally by the book, if the apple is cooked you have to syn that too.

the best thing to do, will be to put the synned ingredients into a nutritional calculator, they have one on SparkPeople

which will then give you the total nutritional value for a serving.

you can then apply the 1 syn = 20 calories to work out the syn value for the piece you had.

Long winded I know, but is the only way to know exactly because it was homemade and you have no nutritional information.
