# Approx how many points in this?

Hey everyone
this is my daily eatings so approx how many points please?

2 slices of white (as good as brown bread) buttered

snack (banana or orange)

baxters tomato soup or cheese & carrot sandwich

snack (another piece of fruit)

chicken breast fillet with mash, mushrooms and broccolli and cauliflower and carrots.

there
so could anybody give me any advice as to how many points that is a day?

2 x average slices of medium sliced bread=2pnts
2 x average slices of thick cut bread=3pnts
(Sorry don't know exact points of the bread you mentioned)

The butter can vary depending on what type you use and how much.
If you use extra light marg very thinly spread, it can be as low as 0.5point per slice. But fullfat butter can be 3-5points per slice!!!! I think a restaraunt portion of butter is around 3.5points!

A banana=1.5points
An orange=0.5points

Which Baxters soup is it?

Baxters-Healthy Choice-Puy lentil & Tomato(half a can, 208g)=1.5pnts

As for the cheese sandwich..... again that could vary hugely depending on the spread and amount of cheese used.

Carrot=0pnts

Apple=0.5pnts
Small banana=1pnt
Average banana=1.5pnts
Orange=0.5pnts
2 x satsumas=0.5pnts
Cherries(100g)=0.5pnts
Grapes(small bunch,100g)=1pnt
Peach=0.5pnts
Nectarine=0.5pnts
Plums(3small)=0.5pnts
Raspberries(100g)=0.5pnts
Strawberries(150g)=0.5pnts

Average Chicken breast=2.5pnts
Mashed Potato,(mashed with margarine)small scoop ,60g=1pnt
Mushrooms=0pnts
Broccolli=0pnts
Cauliflower=0pnts
Carrots=0pnts
