    2 x average slices of medium sliced bread=2pnts
    2 x average slices of thick cut bread=3pnts
    (Sorry don't know exact points of the bread you mentioned)

    The butter can vary depending on what type you use and how much.
    If you use extra light marg very thinly spread, it can be as low as 0.5point per slice. But fullfat butter can be 3-5points per slice!!!! I think a restaraunt portion of butter is around 3.5points!

    A banana=1.5points
    An orange=0.5points

    Which Baxters soup is it?
    Baxters-Favourites-Cream of tomato soup(half a can,208g)=2.5pnts

    Baxters-Healthy Choice-Spicy tomato & rice(half a can, 208g)=1.5pnts

    WOW they do ALOT of Tomato soups! lol

    2 x medium sliced white bread=2pnts

    Carrot=0pnts

    Average Chicken breast=2.5pnts
    Mashed Potato,(mashed with margarine)small scoop ,60g=1pnt
    Mushrooms=0pnts
    Broccolli=0pnts
