Approximating pro points from calories only

Is there any way to approximate the ppoints of a meal by calories only?

I'm going to chiquitos on Friday with some friends and want to make some choices beforehand, but there's very limited nutritional information on their site and the eating out guide seems to be a little out of date (I'll choose from that if I have to though)

TIA :)

Yeah roughly speaking there is about 40 calories in 1pp, try it with sum stuff in the freezer total calories divided by 40.... For example a packet of quavers has 88 calories & is 2pp, hope that helps, enjoy ur meal out x

i tend to approximate this way... however in the book it says things may be the same calories but pro points may be different because of what is available to your body after you've eaten it.

So... what is right? I'm going to try and get a calculator.

Thanks :) xx
