I have done aqua-aerobics all the way through SS and 790 - I love it!

Me too, until the instructor left! its a good laugh, and whilst your doing it you think.. well this is easy, then you can't walk the next morning LOL

Seriously its a great way to get fit, and you can work as hard or as sort of easy as you like! Good Luck!

Aqua aerobics is an excellent form of exercise if you're on SS. The water not only supports you but also provides resistance, so there's no impact but you can actually work really hard if you want to. However, as with any exercise, drink plenty of water and pay attention to how you feel. It's easy to forget that you need to drink water when you go swimming or do Aqua!

It is about 10lbs resistance, apparently, so excellent!

I also do pilates with resistance bands which is fabulous!
