Are any vlcd lactose free?

I am now lactose intolerant and so cannot use the vlcd I have used before, does anyone know of any that are lactose free please? I have tried just eating a healthy diet but have been told I am not eating nearly enough to fire up the engine to lose weight. Vlcds work for me, just need to find one I can tolerate. Any help will be appreciated, googling brings up too much irrelevant stuff.

Don't quote me on this but I'm sure Cambridge do some lactose free shakes and soups?

Yep Cambridge do a range of lactose free shakes and their leek and potato soup is lactose free too. Unfortunately the bars, porridge and ready made shakes (tetras) have lactose in them as they are milk rather than soya based. Good luck with the weight loss.

this one is also dairy free, doesn't taste too bad either. BUT personally after two days on this I was clawing the walls, depressed and craving protein.
