I dont leave the skin on mine but I dont cook them on a red day. Recommend putting black pepper or paprika on them and add some more when you turn them over half way through cooking it just makes them a little bit differant. Also nice to do with baby new potatoes as well. Enjoy your lunch
Thanks Happytigger, going to give the black pepper or paprika a try. Always get stuck for lunch ideas when I am at work but today is working at home day so thought I would make the most of it!
