Are the morrisons 'free' reduced fat sausages free on extra easy?

I checked them last night, that list is not correct now, morrisons has changed the recipe I believe.

They are 1/2 syn on red so I am presuming they are the same on EE

Owwww I thought they were free Not bad for three to be 1.5syns though - second day on EE so real sausages are currently amazing, haha!

I dont know for definate? I will try to find out.

I texted my consultant and she confirmed that they are half a syn each now! Still worth it I think but I have been on quorn for nearly six months so any meat is amazing to me right now

Theres been lots of talk on here about it over the past couple of weeks and I double checked with the syn calculator on the sw website.

Ive actually never had them before! lol I might try them though - i LOVE sausages, ive just stayed away from them all together!

Can never get this to post properly thats 1/2 on EE 1/2 on original and 3.5 on green, according to bodyoptimise syns online. Not bad for a sausage tho.

If the packet says "diet" pork sausage and the "old" style packaging then they are free.

If you have brought them recently and they are in a blue packet then the diet has been dropped and they are 1/2 syn each.

I have a bulk stock of the "diet" ones in my freezer at the moment - so free, but once they have gone the new packet ones will need to be syned

thats a bit rubbish i reckon half the stock they sell must be to slimming world people lol
