Hi I've just found a post about uncle bens rice time saying the sweet & sour one is not free but 8.5 syns? Does anyone know the true up to date syn value of these pots. My daughter is panicking now cause she's over today's syns if their not free.

On their web site it say's rice is 1.5 syn's & the sauce is 7 syn's.That's for extra easy plan
