Are VLCD's available in the US?

Hi Girls,

I have been telling my American relatives how great I am finding the W8 diet so they have been trying to find something similar available out there but have came back to me tonight saying they can't find one so want me to buy it here and ship it over to them, but surely there must be one available out there?

Any ideas?
