Are we allowed the chewy stuff??

Does anyone know if we are allowed to chew chewing gum?

I feel as though i have to avoid people like the plague because my breath smells dreadful. I have bought a breath freshener spray but don't feel the "fresh" breath lasts for long enough lol.

I love to talk but feel hampered by this little problem and wondered if chewing gum was allowed and it wouldn't take me out of ketosis as im not actually swallowing anything.

That is my worst nightmare!! I worry about bad breath all the time so tend to break some sugar free gum in half and chew on that for a bit. I have ordered the Retardex Oral Spray which I have used in the past and seems to do the job, only qualm is that it's not particularly minty.
