Argh! Time of month + no chocy!

S: 17st2lb C: 13st2lb G: 10st0lb BMI: 29.7 Loss: 4st0lb(23.33%)
This will be the hardest part for me. Not gorging on loads of sweets and chocolate at my lady time. It's not that I can't have chocolate, it the fact I can't have what I NORMALLY have! Waaaah!

This is one of those things we've just got to put up with hun!
It's a carb craving though, we just have chocolate to help that carb craving and help us through it! Try having pasta, jacket potatoes, SW chips....
Have all your syns on chocolate but make it go a long way, try chocolate buttons or something similar, freeze them and let them melt in your mouth.
And please, get the gorging idea out of your head hun, we cannot gorge and lose weight. No more gorging allowed ;-)
It's worth it to be slim.
