    My sister just called and invited us all over for a BBQ this afternoon. I had to say no :( At the moment I'm fine, I'm not hungry, no side effects, but that's a lot of temptation to put in front of myself so early on! :sigh: It's not like it's something with food on the side, it's a food orientated thing. So as much as I didn't really want to, and as much as I want a BBQ, I said no. Though, to be honest I have uni work to do anyway!!

    well done for resisting.
    I didnt go out to anything social for the first few weeks as I needed to cement my motivations!
    As you go through your journey you will be able to go to some and stay strong, others you might want to avoid.
    I am sure you will be absolutely fine and you will soon be notching up your sucesses!
