Arla 1% fat fresh milk???

    When at group yesterday they had the above milk there, and i was wondering if anyone knew how many sins it was? i have looked online but it finds the brand 'Arla' but not the milk, many thanks x x

    Hmm I can't find 1% milk online. But I know that you are only allowed the same amount as semi-skimmed when taking it as a HE. So I would count it at the same syn value until you get a definitive answer.

    Basic/Non Branded Foods Milk, semi-skimmed 2 level tbsp

    The sainsbury's 1% counts the same as semi skimmed, so I presume they're all the same

    I believe you have to count it the same as semi milk because it is 1% fat, skimmed is less than that about 0.5% I think.
