Asda Blackened Cajun Chicken help!

Morning all
I'm a bit confused this morning and wondered if anyone could help. I brought a Blackened Cajun Chicken meal pack in asda yesterday. Its a pack containing lots of fresh chicken, veggies and potatoes and a little sauce. I used the online calculator and it said 12 syns but that seems awfully high for a little bit of sauce.
The NV are
Calories 374 Sodium 1 mg
Total Fat 16 g Potassium 0 mg
Saturated 9 g Total Carbs 21 g
Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 0 g
Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 16 g
Trans 0 g Protein 34 g
Cholesterol 0 mg per 1/2 packet.

Please help!

Are the values for 100g?
I am getting it as 12 syns too, with the free food as chicken.

And on the website all i found for Cajun chicken was:

ProductExtra EasyOriginalGreen
Chosen by You Cajun Chicken Breasts, 450g pack, chilled, 225g serving 18½
Chosen by You Hot Cajun Chicken Breasts, 350g pack, chilled, 175g serving 11

Maybe it's worth making your own sauce up? There might be a recipe for it somewhere :p

thanks for your reply. Its frustrating as apart from a small amount of sauce its all free. Weird! Going to have to guesstimate me thinks. X

Thanks for the help yesterday, I decided to syn 5 as I shared it with my bf who eats lots more! It was nice but not really worth the suns.
