Asda F/F Soft cheese - HE??

Hiya

Does anyone know if Asda's full fat soft cheese can be used as a HE? And if so, how much? (I've left my book etc at home and I'm at work).

Except soft cheese can't be used as a HEA on any plan - only a HEXB and then only on green and EE.
