Asda "Go Cook" Gammon & Pineapple

hello,

does anyone know how many syns is in the above? it comes as a pack of two gammon steaks with two slices of pineapple and a pineapple glaze.

My boyfriend and i are having it for dinner (him with chips, me with veg) so i'll be having half the pack. I'm have an original day today, so it shouldn't be too high...

Cant find it, dont think it will be much. Can you post the information on fat, cals etc on the back of the pack.
