Asda Good For You Soup 400g Can Syn Value?

Hi!

Can anyone help me I am looking for the syn value (or whether any of them can be healthy extra - wishful thinking I think!) for the Good for You soups from Asda. They are 400g cans and all less than 1% or 2% fat:

Carrot and Coriander Soup
Thai Style Chicken Soup
Tuscan Bean Soup
Tomato and Basil Soup

Can anyone help me?
