Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how to work this one out.
I'm not sure if these contain any free foods or such and they are the make your self ones (just add water) but the ingredient values listed are when they are fried. I didn't fry mine but used one of those silicone sheets instead (so no fat added)
the main ingredients are breadcrumbs and chick pea flour
per 100g
267kcal
6.4g protein
30.8g carbs
12.5g fat
2.6g fibre
In the instructions it says to cook in 1-2 tablespoons of oil. which will be included in the above values
