Bit worrying as I go info off the website:confused: what else could be wrong?
In a SW magazine they are also listed as 3 syns.

maybe our consultant was wrong then. I would go off what it says on the website and magazine.

I know that our consultant, when showing us stuff that people have tried, gets the Syns from the member who brought it in so it could be that they got it wrong

Tried these tonight. Did bolognaise tomato sauce using tin tomatoes, onion, yellow pepper and mushrooms (with spices & seasoning) while balls were in the oven and wholemeal pasta simmering. Then mixed all together, sprinkled on low fat cheddar and stuck it back in the oven for 15 mins while washed up.

Verdict - blooming lovely. Plenty for four generous servings, so tomorrows dinner sorted as well.
