Hi bought asda chosen by u 8 pork sausages 30% fat free. But i cant find the syns, ive looked online n in my directory .... Pls xxxx

Mmm can't find them on syns online, and cant even find them in ASDA! Is that the exact name? Can you post the nutritional info, it'll be easier to just calculate it.

Hiya thanks for ur help. Its per 100g. 152kcal Protein 14.3g Carbs 8.0g fat 6.3g n pack is 454g. Asds chosen by you 30% less fat pork sausages. I used the syn calculater n I got 5 syns each which i thought was wrong, thanks so much for ur help hun xx

Using pork as a Free Food I get:

13½ Syns for the whole pack

I'm guessing there's 8 in a pack? If so that's about 1.5 syns each.
