Asda smartprice chilli con carne

Just looked up ASDA smart price chilli con carne canned in the book and it says 3 sins on green and 9.5 on red for a 392g can yet just looked it up on the online website and it says 1 sin green and 5.5 on red for a 392g tin - I am confused!!!!

Any idea which one is right???

The book has been out for a long time and sadly is only accurate at the point in time that it is published. The recipe for your chilli may well have changed and syns online is likely to be more up-to-date so I would go with that. If you want to double check you could always run it through the syn calculator.
