Asda vegetable frittatas

I just bought a pack of these to keep in for lazy teas, most ingredients are free, there's only really oil that would be synned that I can see.
They're not on the app, does anyone know the syn value?

I worked it out on the syn calculator as:

2½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
2½ Syns per package/portion on Green
4½ Syns per package/portion on Original

For 100g. But someone else might want to check this as there are quite a lot of free foods in it, and i put the free food on green as egg, and the free food for original as veg.
Values are:

Typical values	(ovenbaked) per 100g:	(ovenbaked) per 1/2 pack:
Energy	512kJ/122kcal	768kJ/183kcal
Protein	6.2g	9.3g
Carbohydrate	12.1g	18.2g
of which sugars	2.5g	3.8g
Fat	5.2g	7.8g
of which saturates	0.6g	0.9g
Fibre	1.0g	1.5g
Sodium	0.25g	0.38g
equivalent as salt	0.6g	1.0g

Ooh brilliant thanks, I was thinking maybe 2 syns for the oil, need to check the weight of them. Did you do that on the site? I rarely use it as tend to go online on my phone and find it fiddly on the phone

Yeah i found the values on the asda website and entered them into the syn calculator on the Sw webside.
I have an iphone and don't think the syn calculator is on the app for it. So you would have to do it on a computer i think.
