At breaking point

No weight loss for 3 days !

In those 3 days I have had to endure a day at the horse racing with the wife and another couple, followed by a night out in Beverley and a cooked breakfast as part of the hotel booking.

Also a day out with wife and daughter in York on Thursday and a day out in Howarth on Friday. If youve been to either you will know how many cafes and chippies there are.

I got off to a belting start with loss nearly every day, but cannot get my head around having to go through 3 days like this and then not having any weight loss.

Im beginning to think that if I am only going to lose a couple of pounds a week (if that) then a diet where I can actually eat something will be better.

You need to stop weighing yourself every day. Weigh yourself once a week. I know that my weight tends to for some reason come off at one end of the week or the other.

Keep your weigh in to once a week, for the sake of your sanity. You have to remember that your losses will be what 3/4lbs a week, youre only 3 days into your week theres LOADS of time to see movement.

Put the scales away til your wi day

Thank you all for words of wisdom, the scales are an issue and I understand that. I will put them away, I promise but it all came good this morning showing a loss of 4lb. I am on day 11 and now lost a total of 20lb`s
