At goal & now beyond... 5:2 officially rocks!

So 11:4:0 this morning so 1/4lb off yesterday. Fasting today hoping to lose 1.5lb sensible up day tomorrow then if I can lose another 1lb with Wednesdays fast it will only be a 1lb gain & then next week I'm aiming to lose 2lb to get me that 10 back x

Thanks ladies, been a good one, I'm in at around 500 & I'm actually feeling full & I've been baking to keep busy, I know it seems mad but with not having a sweet tooth it's ok, marmalade & almond loaf this time. I've got loads of ironing to keep me busy later too so I'll be ok. Not planned food for tomorrow yet. I've got some mince out that needs using & fancied burgers but with it being Zumba night that doesn't really work to be honest.... Maybe do a chilli actually as it's been a while since I did that

Thanks dietnjnja I'm still here, have been 5:2ing 10 months now & I got to goal 8 weeks ago, currently have a little 4 naughty pounds to shift but am hoping to do that by a week on Thursday!

One day at a time & I'll be honest & say apart from one day a week I counted what I ate on non fast days & was normally 17-1800. I'm proud that I've never failed a fast although had a few 600ers in there but didn't seem to make any difference. And post post post (I'm about to hit 10,000 posts ;)) there is normally someone about to chat to x

And Lisa honey cakes don't post too well. You ought to take it up it's really relaxing this baking lark x

The problem is Lexie, is I have a sweet tooth.. Haha although I can be quite restrained and eat it in bits over a few days.. But I am a disaster in the kitchen x
 
I used to be a disaster in the kitchen but I have just practised loads & realised I can do it I'd I follow the recipe. When I was on xen I had to learn to cook as food was so limited & it's just carried on from there I guess.

So yesterday's fast clearly was another good one, another 2lb gone so I'm 11:2:0 so hopefully gain will be minimal come Thursday as long as today is good as planned & tomorrow's fast goes ok....

Good result on the scales.. I know I really should try and learn to cook. Especially considering we are happy to get pregnant later this year lol xx
 
Scales still 11:2:0 so with today's fast gain should be minimal. Think totm is due as I'm really bloated, didn't write it down last month but I'm sure it was just before Christmas. Still happy that 3 fasts more or less sorted out stupid behaviour
 
Amazing fast day tea cauli rice & mushroom masala - HD masala sauce with mushrooms cooked in it. Also baked a cherry loaf & lots of gingerbread. The gingerbread are dr who character shapes so my boy & his little mate can decorate them tomorrow night
