5:2, Running and ME

It's been a weird week really. I've not managed a proper fast all, i'm finding it a lot harder in the cold weather than i usually do. Even lots of hot drinks are not helping, well other than helping me achieve 10,000 steps a day going backwards and forwards to the toilet! However in order to limit the damage i have suck to an eating window since my failed attempt to fast Monday night. I've opened my window once i've gotten home from work which is usually around 6pm ish depending on traffic. I suspect i'm in for a shock when i get weighed in the morning!
