Yes he's a boy. We have had 3 pees & an equal number of poos in 3 hours on my floor!!! Oh well perseverance it will have to be. My neighbour just came round and he was proper biting her slippers but didn't do that to us once. He's now exhausted & this is the scene I've left so I can try & sleep now so I can get up with him at 530am

Oh & naughty food tonight 4 smallish slices of pizza & chips as we didn't get home with Darwin until late so I couldn't be bothered to cook. Feeling fat now & bloated

Really good night with the pup He cried for 10 minutes at bed time then once for 5 minutes about 3am & we got up with him at 630. No accidents in the night. He's so excited this morning though that we've had 3 pees inside already despite being out in the garden for 1/2 an hour....

No idea what's for food today need to look in the freezer

Good day food wise so far but haven't had tea. I've got chicken leg portions in the oven but don't know what to have with them. My friend called in & didn't leave til 645 so delayed starting tea.

Early night for me after being awake til 1am with a howling crying puppy. Proper heartbreaking it was! Hoping he won't do it again tonight, don't think we had tired him out enough last night that was the problem...

Feeling fat at the mo & all I've done is be naughty & have pizza Friday night. Not having the scales isn't bothering me really but I'm a bit worried about how I feel if that makes sense

Yay super proud puppy mummy, whimpered for 6 minutes at bedtime then nothing until just 610am cos he needed the toilet. Feel almost human again!!!

So fasting day today, seems to have come around really fast this week & I'm not ready for it lol

Hard fast today & a 600 cal day but they happen sometimes. I'm feeling really fat past few days & I don't like it. I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow now I've fasted. It's another 5 weeks until I'm allowed the scales

I'm sure if you got your oldest jeans/trousers and put them on your feel better

Might be an idea to do your measurements.. Once a week, same time date etc .. No daily measuring x
