Personally I would have a coupe of days at minimal syns or none, plenty of fluids and a ton of speed food!

Forget about it.

Start again and stick to your syn limits. Don't beat yourself up over that day. You're not going to lose weight probably this week but you might lose more than expected next week if sticking to plan.
