Its my first day getting use to the new point system. I have eaten 15 points today but i feel like i have eaten loads? Is this normal lol
My diary is Carolines Diary in the diary section to see what i ate today
 
Actually there it is for today

Breakfast 8 am
Porraidge 5 pro points (with water)

1000 am (found i was hungry after porraige)
Bananna 0 Points
Skimmed Milk Small Latte 1 pro point

Lunch
Weight Watchers Spag Bol - 6 Pro Points
1 Orange - 0 Pro Points
6 Melba Toast with 1 tsp Nutella - 3 Pro Points

Dinner
later on this evening.
 
I remember feeling like this too at the start-I've been off plan but back on it now.

You do feel like your not on a diet- I promise it works :)
 
Agree with LEB :) And yes, it is normal to feel like you've eaten loads :D
 
i might have a chow main tonight, now to clear this up the long tray is 9 points? thats just 2 good to be true? Think i saw that somewhere earlier

14 points left for dinner. Going to stock up on WW dinners for lunch until i get back into it completly :D
 
Yeah I always count 9 for a chow mein long tray - it is fab- wraps are a fav of mine for lunch
