oh dear you might be best sticking to liquids for a while no point puting more stress on your tummy

i feel like a whale...i dont think i have ever drank so much water. my hubbys a great cook so hes going to make me some freshly prepared soup later. hopefully that'll help!

have you tried water tablets you can get them in tesco i think there called aqu ban or theres some called waterfall there great for when you feel bloated or for your tm, i used to take them as i could gain 7lb during that time, i still take them now some times when i feel bloated,

lol dont have a vodka then be a shame to throw that up lol, you prob feel lots better tomorrow it prob a 48hr bug

I was hoping the chicken would stay down....would you try some flat 7up instead of water its great to settle the stomach...chicken soup would be the best ...a ginger nut biscuit would be good too, forget about the carbs.
