atikins bars????

i was out and about today... and for some reason i think i forgot my head...
as i didnt take and packs with me, or bars...
(planned to be out all day!!)

we were in Boots, and i walked past the Atkins bars,shakes, etc...

could you have these?
i know know anything about the Diet at all... and know nothing really about how they compare to cambridge. but i did notice that they are fairly low cals, and carbs...

just wondered if anyone has had these at all....
price wise they are roughly the same as what i pay for the bars with my cdc. but just thought about it today..

i didnt end up having anything when i was out... but the thought crossed my mind

I think some of the Atkins bars are quite high in calories, but I have had them on the odd occasion when I've been caught out. Not the brownie type ones though, they seem too nice to be allowed!
