Does anyone use these? I have the choc chip day break ones at the moment (which I bought for my mother who is struggling with breakfast and she hates them) and they say something like 2.4g carbs; but they also have polyols in which I know all about. Just wondered if the polyols have a negative effect on ketosis for anyone? I know they aren't meant to but I can't help being suspicious!
