atkins bars

good aim! im hoping for about a stone and a half but i like to push things!
im guessing in a few weeks the weight loss will steady itself out and should average about 2 pounds a week.

bout 26 weeks till i go away..26 X 2 = 52lbs 3 stone 10...not sooo bad methinks
 
yea i did that before i think ive got bout 32 weeks till my hol so if i loose 3lb a week from now untill then id lost 96lb lol
 
it seem so achieveable when you break it down like that. im may just think to myself this week i need to lose 2 lbs...taking baby steps may be the best option. it depresses me seeing the whole amount
 
i assume so cos your in effect using burning more calories than your eating therefore you have to lose the xtra calories somewhere. its just getting bloody motivated to actually exercise!
 
ooo i love my wii and wii fit...dya rekon boxing will burn many calories ???

The best exercise you can do to get your heart rate up and burn fat is on the dance mat!

Especially if you get rather good and learn the faster routines!

Worth a try!
 
i dont have a dance mat or a playstation so thats not summat i can do. i used to have one and absolutely loved it!
