Atkins breakfast bars

Does anyone know if you can have an Atkins breakfast bar instead of a eante or tesco ultra slim one? I still have a box left and would like to use them next week when I am back to work? Thanks

The Tesco Ultra Slim bars are okay but I don't think you can have the Atkins bars on Exante.

Thanks...I'll leave them in the box...must compare their ingredients with the tesco ones when I get them next week...will update when I do.

I'd be interested to know as i think the Atkins ones are quite nice, however my first thought is they probably don't constitute the viatmins and minerals needed for a 'meal' - if you do find out though please post x
