atkins diet bar

Hi

I have been on ss for 4 weeks, and was out the other day longer than expected and was so hungry, that I bought an atkins diet bar because i beleive ketosis is also active in this plan. Will it have done any harm do you think ?

I left my cd packs at home one day and had 2 Atkins bars instead. It had no effect on my wait loss and I stayed in ketosis. I wouldn't worry if you only had one.

Don't worry love. I bought lots of atkins bar when I was on CD a while ago. I was bored of the CD bars and wanted something else. I ate one (sometimes 2!) bars a day for about 5 days and didn't gain weight but I remember that I didn't lose weight either. However, I did remain in ketosis.

ive eaten atkins bars too - i find they make me less hungry than the cambridge ones - love the chocolate brownie one - to die for x
