I never get cold, but I do have to wake up twice in the middle of each night to go for a wee!! and I wake up with a horrible taste in my mouth like I've been licking the bottom of a budgies cage.
Other than that, always thirsty. Randomly get really energetic legs.
Worth it all though!

I have a strange one. My skin's crawling! Especially in bed. Bit like restless legs I guess but not sure how can stop it. Can't keep still and feels horrible! Have others too like the headaches etc but think could be just as much the lack of caffeine!
