Attack question...

Hi

I'm on my second day of attack and although it's not going to badly, am having massive sweet cravings at the moment. I found the Muller 0% fat free greek style yoghurts with coconut and vanilla at lunchtime - are these OK on attack?

Any other tips?

Better to avoid- these can have hidden sugars!

Would recommend total 0% or fat free quark Sweetned with sweetner. Dukan friendly! Also sf jelly! Good luck x
 
Diet coke helps with the sweet cravings too, have a look on the recipe threads, there are loads of sweet recipes that are dead easy to make. x
 
I find using your oat bran allowance to make muffins satisfy my sweet tooth xxx
 
Ditto all of the above LOL.

SF Sweets (Aldi are ok ones)
SF Jelly
Muffins
LF Greek yogurt with sweetner and flavourings.
LF Natural yogurt the same.

You'll find the cravings not quite so bad before too long.
