I would like to join this challenge.
I started back on CD SSing two days ago. It is going okay, so far. I just have to stick with it. My problem is when I move up plans or go off the rail entirely. I need to learn how to manage food. I can not eat and just do the shakes.... but gaining and losing the same 1 to 2 stone is no way to live your life, nor is it healthy. So, I am with you to lose it -- and then to start a "Keep It Off Challenge" -- which will last for the rest of my life.
So, here's to getting the 2 stone back off... and be maintaining by the August Bank Holiday! :bliss:
