[Forever Starting Over]

Trying to get to 11 stone or ideally 10 stone 12. But for this month i am aiming to lose approx 10 lbs. Really motivated to do it as have stuck around the 12 stone mark for some time as not really been doing as well as I could have. Started with a personal trainer whose dealing with the exercise and diet. Going so far for day 1 (I know not quite August but started a day earlier).
